  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and the cost of the item.

Refunds (if required in case of exchanges):-

      • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

      • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.

      • Reflections: It may take 5-10 days for the payment to reflect back into your original mode of payment through our payment gateway.

2. Return Process for exchanging item:-

  • Initiation: Contact our customer support team at info@astbergventilation.com with your order details.

  • Shipping Address: Returns must be sent to:

  • Costs: You may be required to ship the item back to us at your own cost unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Mandatory Requirement: Before handing over the shipment for pickup, it is mandatory to share clear images and a video of the items with us.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery and contact us immediately(same day/ within 24 hrs.) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note: Whether a return is subject to an exchange or not, will be decided by our e-commerce executive upon receiving the customer's information via email (info@astbergventilation.com) within the specified timeframe.
